Registration
Who can create an account?
Adults 21 or older who are in the Philippines and are not restricted under PAGCOR rules. Government officials and employees connected with government operations, AFP and PNP members, GEL holders and anyone in the NDRP cannot register.
What do I need to sign up?
A Philippine mobile number that can receive SMS, your personal details as they appear on your ID, and a valid government-issued ID for the KYC step.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One person, one account. Duplicate accounts are closed after review.
OTP
I did not receive my code.
Check that the number is correct and has signal, wait a minute, then tap “Send a new code”. Codes expire after a few minutes, so always use the newest one.
Someone asked me for my OTP.
Do not give it. BingoPlus staff will never ask for your code by call, text or chat. If you shared it, sign in and change your security settings, then contact support@bingoplusandroid3.com.
I changed my mobile number.
Write to support@bingoplusandroid3.com from your registered email. We verify your identity before moving the account to a new number.
Verification
Why do you need my ID?
To confirm your identity and that you are 21 or older, and to screen the PAGCOR restricted-persons list. It is required before deposits, play and withdrawals. See Account & Verification.
My verification says “Action needed”.
Usually the photo was blurred, cropped or the ID expired. Retake it in good light with all four corners visible and upload again from My Account → Verification.
How is my ID stored?
Securely, and only for verification and legal record-keeping. Details are in the Privacy Policy; questions go to privacy@bingoplusandroid3.com.
Bingo
Which bingo formats are there?
Ball-draw bingo, video bingo and Slingo. Each one’s rules and ticket information are on Bingo Games.
Do I have to mark numbers myself?
No. Called numbers are marked on your cards automatically and winning patterns are checked for you.
What happens if my connection drops during a round?
Your cards stay in the round on the game server. Reopen the game to see where it is; the result is also posted in Bingo History.
Schedule
What time zone is the schedule in?
Philippine time (PHT, UTC+8).
Why is a game showing a dash instead of a time?
The game server has no round set for it yet. Times appear as soon as rounds are scheduled.
When do tickets close?
When the draw starts. A round marked “Open” is still selling cards; “Closed” means the draw has begun or ended.
Results
Where do I see results?
On the Results board for every settled round, and in Bingo History for your own cards.
What does “Void” mean?
The round could not be completed. Entries for a void round are returned to your wallet under the game rules.
I think a result is wrong.
Note the date, time, game and round, then write to support@bingoplusandroid3.com. The game server record is checked for every dispute.
Wallet
What currency is the wallet in?
Philippine pesos (PHP) only.
Where is my transaction history?
My Account → Transaction History lists every deposit, entry, win, refund and withdrawal with its status and reference.
Can I limit how much I deposit?
Yes — daily, weekly and monthly limits in My Account → Responsible Gaming.
Deposits
Which payment methods can I use?
Only those listed on Payments, which shows every connected method with its limits and status.
Why can’t I deposit yet?
Deposits open after your KYC is approved. Check My Account → Verification.
My deposit is not in my balance.
Check its status in Transaction History. If it is still pending after the method’s usual time, contact support@bingoplusandroid3.com with the reference number.
Withdrawals
Where can I withdraw to?
Only to an account in your own name, using a method that supports withdrawals.
How long does a withdrawal take?
It depends on the method and on our checks. We do not promise a fixed time; the status of each request is in Transaction History.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
The reason is shown with the request — often a name mismatch or an unfinished verification. The amount goes back to your balance.
Mobile Access
Is there an app?
An official download is listed on Mobile Access only when one is published. The browser version works on any up-to-date Android phone.
What do I need on my phone?
Android 8.0 or newer, an updated Chrome, Samsung Internet or Firefox, and mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Someone sent me a BingoPlus APK.
Do not install it. Use only the official link on the Mobile Access page.
Responsible Gaming
How do I take a break?
My Account → Responsible Gaming → Take a break. Choose the period; you cannot deposit or play until it ends.
How do I self-exclude?
Apply through PAGCOR for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years by emailing the form, your ID and two 2×2 photos to exclusion@pagcor.ph. See Responsible Gaming.
I am worried about a family member.
A spouse, child or parent can apply to PAGCOR for Family Exclusion. The PAGCOR helpline is (02) 8248-9568.
