Our commitment
BingoPlus is operated by AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE) under the regulation of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). We want bingo to stay what it should be: a game you enjoy in your free time, with money you can afford to spend.
This policy sets out what we do to keep play safe, and what you can do for yourself or for someone in your family. It follows PAGCOR’s responsible gaming rules and applies to every BingoPlus player account and game, including ball-draw bingo, video bingo and Slingo.
Bingo is entertainment, not a way to earn income. Never play to win back losses, pay bills or solve money problems.
Who may play: 21+ and restricted persons
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account or play. Under PAGCOR rules, these people may not play at all, whatever their age:
- government officials and employees connected directly with the operation of the government or any of its agencies;
- members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP);
- persons under 21;
- persons included in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP), which PAGCOR maintains;
- holders of a Gaming Employment License (GEL).
If an account turns out to belong to a restricted person, we close it and handle any balance as required by PAGCOR and applicable law.
How we check
- Mobile number and OTP. Each account starts with a mobile number confirmed by a one-time password, and each person may hold only one account.
- Personal details. You give your full name, date of birth, email and address. A date of birth under 21 stops registration.
- KYC with a government-issued ID. We match your ID to the details you entered to confirm your identity and age.
- NDRP screening. We check players against PAGCOR’s National Database of Restricted Persons, so people PAGCOR has restricted cannot play here.
No one can join a game until these mandatory checks are complete. We may repeat them at any time. Read Account and verification for the steps.
Tools you control
You will find these in the Responsible Gaming section of your account:
- Deposit limits cap how much you can add to your wallet over a period you choose.
- Loss limits cap how much you can lose over a period you choose.
- Session reminders tell you how long you have been playing, so time does not slip away.
- Breaks (cool-off) lock your account for a short time when you want a pause from play.
- Account closure ends your account. Write to support@bingoplusandroid3.com and tell us if the reason is your gambling, so we also stop all marketing to you.
Lowering a limit takes effect straight away. A request to raise or remove a limit may be subject to a waiting period shown in your account, so the decision is made with a clear head. For a longer or firmer stop, use PAGCOR self-exclusion below.
PAGCOR self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal request to PAGCOR to bar yourself from gaming. Once PAGCOR approves it, operators, including BingoPlus, must keep you out for the whole period.
- Periods: 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
- No early exit: the first 6 months cannot be revoked, even if you change your mind.
- End of the period: the exclusion is lifted automatically when it ends.
- How to apply: email PAGCOR at exclusion@pagcor.ph with a copy of a government-issued photo ID and two 2x2 photos.
PAGCOR’s exclusion page has the current forms and requirements. While your application is being processed, you can also ask us to close your BingoPlus account right away.
Family exclusion
If someone close to you is gambling in a way that hurts the family, their spouse, child or parent can ask PAGCOR to exclude them.
- Periods: 6 months, 1 year or 3 years.
- How to apply: email exclusion@pagcor.ph with a government-issued photo ID and two 2x2 photos, plus proof of the relationship: a birth certificate for a parent or child, or a marriage certificate for a spouse.
Once PAGCOR approves the request, the person is blocked from playing on BingoPlus for the whole period.
Signs of problem gambling
Gambling problems can build slowly. Take a break and talk to someone if any of these sound familiar:
- you spend more money or time on bingo than you planned;
- you chase losses by playing again to win the money back;
- you borrow money, sell things or skip bills to keep playing;
- you hide your play or your spending from family;
- you feel restless, anxious or irritable when you cannot play;
- bingo gets in the way of work, sleep or time with the people you care about;
- you think of bingo as a way to make money.
Staff and support
We train our support staff to recognise signs of problem gambling and to respond with care. If we see patterns that worry us, we may contact you, suggest limits or a break, point you to help, or suspend the account.
You can ask support for help setting limits, taking a break or closing your account at support@bingoplusandroid3.com or through the contact form. You do not need to explain yourself.

Advertising principles
- We do not aim advertising at anyone under 21, and our ads carry a 21+ message.
- We never suggest that bingo is a way to earn income, pay debts or improve your finances.
- We do not send marketing to excluded players, to players who closed an account because of gambling, or to anyone who opted out.
- We do not pressure people to play more or play longer.
Review of this policy
We review this policy when PAGCOR rules change and whenever our tools change. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions: support@bingoplusandroid3.com. For how we handle personal data in exclusion and verification, see our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
