Your PHP wallet, explained
Your wallet is part of your verified player account. Deposits, entries, wins and withdrawals are all kept in pesos, and every one of them leaves a line in your history.
Balance
The balance at the top of the app is the money you can use right now. A withdrawal you have requested is set aside until it is completed or rejected, so it no longer counts toward your balance.
Deposit
You can deposit once your account is verified. Choose a method in the cashier, enter the amount in PHP and confirm. Only methods that are actually connected are offered; each one’s limits and status are on the Payments page.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals go only to an account in your own name, after your KYC is approved. We review each request before it is paid out; how long payment takes depends on the method and those checks.

Every movement of money on your account is listed with its date, type, amount, status and a reference number you can quote to support.

Keep the wallet for fun money only. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits are in Responsible Gaming. Lowering a limit takes effect straight away.
