Terms and Conditions

The rules for using bingoplusandroid3.com and playing BingoPlus bingo. By creating an account or joining a round, you agree to them.

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Who we are

BingoPlus is operated by AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE). ABLE offers Traditional Bingo Games in the Philippines under the regulation of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ABLE as the operator of BingoPlus, and “you” means the person using this website or a BingoPlus player account.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, and with the rules and paytable shown inside each game. Where a game’s rules say something more specific about a round, the game rules apply to that round.

Eligibility and restricted persons

You may open an account and play only if all of these are true:

  • you are 21 years old or older;
  • you are in the Philippines when you play;
  • you are not a restricted person under PAGCOR rules;
  • you play for yourself, with your own money.

PAGCOR does not allow the following people to play, and we will not open or keep an account for them:

  • government officials and employees connected directly with the operation of the government or any of its agencies;
  • members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP);
  • persons under 21;
  • persons included in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
  • holders of a Gaming Employment License (GEL).

If we find that an account belongs to a restricted person, we will close it. Play made while the account holder was not eligible, and any balance on the account, will be handled as required by PAGCOR and applicable law.

Your account

  • One account per person. You may hold only one BingoPlus account. We may close extra accounts and void play made on them.
  • Your mobile number is your identifier. You sign in with it and receive one-time passwords (OTPs) on it, so keep it active and up to date.
  • Your details must be true. The name, date of birth, email and address you give must be your own, complete and current. Update them if they change.
  • Keep access private. Do not share your password, OTPs or signed-in device. You are responsible for activity on your account unless you told us promptly that someone else got access.
  • No transfers. You may not sell, lend or hand over your account, or play on anyone else’s.

If you think someone has used your account, write to support@bingoplusandroid3.com straight away so we can lock it.

Verification and access

Before you can play, your account goes through these checks:

  1. your mobile number is confirmed with an OTP;
  2. you enter your first name, last name, date of birth, email and address;
  3. you complete KYC (know-your-customer) with a valid government-issued ID;
  4. we confirm you are 21 or older and not a restricted person.

Your account status shows which step you are on. You cannot join any game until the mandatory checks are complete. We may ask you to verify again later, for example when your details change, before a withdrawal, or when PAGCOR rules or anti-money-laundering law require it. See Account and verification for the steps in detail.

Wallet, deposits and withdrawals

Your wallet holds your balance in Philippine pesos (PHP). It is for playing BingoPlus games only. It is not a bank or savings account and does not earn interest.

  • Deposits. Use only the payment methods shown in the cashier, and only payment accounts in your own name. Availability, minimums, maximums and any fees for each method are shown in the cashier before you confirm.
  • Withdrawals. We pay withdrawals only to a payment account in your own name, and only after your account is verified. How long a withdrawal takes depends on the method you choose and on the checks we must complete, so we do not promise a set speed.
  • Checks. To meet anti-money-laundering and PAGCOR requirements, we keep records of transactions and may ask for more information, or hold a transaction, until those checks are done.
  • Mistakes. If money reaches your wallet by error, it is not yours to use. We will correct the balance and tell you.

Every deposit, withdrawal and entry appears in your Transaction History.

Bingo rounds and results

BingoPlus offers ball-draw bingo, video bingo and Slingo. Each game shows its own rules, entry per card and paytable before you play.

  • Entries. An entry is placed when the game server accepts it and the entry is taken from your balance. Your cards and rounds are listed in Bingo History. Once a round starts, entries cannot be withdrawn unless the game rules say otherwise.
  • Results. Round data, entries and results come from the game server. If there is a dispute, the game server record decides the result. The hall board, schedule and results pages on this website are for information; if they ever differ from the game server record, the game server record applies.
  • Cancelled or void rounds. If a round is cancelled or declared void, entries for that round are refunded to your wallet as set out in the game rules.
  • Malfunctions. A malfunction voids all plays and pays affected by it.
  • Lost connection. If your phone disconnects during a round, the round is settled on the game server under the game rules, and the result appears in your Bingo History.

Fair play and prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use bots, scripts or any automated tool to play or to read game data;
  • work with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
  • open more than one account or use someone else’s account or payment method;
  • take advantage of a bug or error instead of reporting it to us;
  • use the wallet for fraud, money laundering or moving money that has nothing to do with play;
  • reverse a deposit without good reason after playing with it;
  • try to break into, overload or interfere with the website, the account service or the game server;
  • abuse or threaten our staff or other players.

If we reasonably believe you have done any of these, we may suspend the account, void the affected plays, withhold winnings that came from the conduct, close the account and report the matter to PAGCOR and other authorities where the law requires.

Responsible gaming

BingoPlus is for adults 21+ only. Bingo is entertainment, not a way to earn income. Play only with money you can afford to lose.

The Responsible Gaming section of your account lets you set deposit and loss limits, turn on session reminders and take a break. You can also apply to PAGCOR for self-exclusion, and a spouse, child or parent can apply for family exclusion. Read our Responsible Gaming Policy and the Responsible Gaming page for how each tool works.

Suspension and closure

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@bingoplusandroid3.com from your registered email, with your registered mobile number. If you are closing it because of your gambling, say so: we will stop all marketing to you and point you to PAGCOR exclusion.

We may suspend or close an account when:

  • you break these terms or the game rules;
  • you are, or become, a restricted person;
  • verification fails or is not completed;
  • we suspect fraud, money laundering or misuse of the account;
  • PAGCOR, a court or another authority requires it.

When an account closes, any balance that is not under review or voided is paid to a verified payment account in your own name, after the usual checks.

Dormant accounts

If your account has had no activity for a long time, we may contact you using the details on your account. Any balance on a dormant account is handled as PAGCOR rules require.

Complaints

  1. Write to support@bingoplusandroid3.com first. Include your registered mobile number, what happened, and the date, time and game or transaction involved.
  2. We will look into it, check the game server and transaction records, and reply with our answer.
  3. If you are not satisfied with our final answer, you can bring the complaint to PAGCOR.

Complaints about how we handle your personal data follow the steps in our Privacy Policy, including your right to complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when PAGCOR rules, the law or our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will tell you on the website or in your account before they apply. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop playing and ask us to close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines and by the rules issued by PAGCOR. Any dispute that cannot be settled through our complaints process or through PAGCOR will be decided by the courts of the Philippines.
