Mobile verification

Your Philippine mobile number is your username. We check it once when you sign up and again whenever you sign in on a new device.

One-time password (OTP)

A 6-digit code sent by SMS. It works once, expires after a few minutes and is only ever typed into this site or the official app. No one from BingoPlus will ask you for it.

Personal information

First name, last name, date of birth, email and home address — exactly as they appear on your ID. We use them to confirm who you are and to contact you about your account.

21+ verification

Philippine rules set the minimum age at 21. Your date of birth is checked against your ID; an account that cannot be confirmed as 21 or older cannot play or deposit.

KYC with a government-issued ID

Know Your Customer: a photo of a valid, unexpired government ID, and a selfie if the system asks for one. Commonly used IDs include:

• PhilSys National ID
• Passport
• Driver’s License
• UMID
• PRC ID
• Postal ID

The upload screen shows the full list of IDs accepted at the time you verify.

Account eligibility and restricted-person checks

Under PAGCOR rules these persons may not play, and every account is screened for them:

• persons under 21 years of age;
• government officials and employees connected directly with the operation of the government or any of its agencies;
• members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP);
• persons in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP), including self-excluded and family-excluded players;
• Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders.

One person, one account. Accounts that share identity or payment details with another account are reviewed.
