Bingo on BingoPlus is entertainment for adults, not a way to make money. These tools let you decide how much time and money it gets — and step away completely when you need to.
Set them in My Account → Responsible Gaming. Lowering a limit works straight away; raising it waits a cooling-off period so the decision is not made in the heat of a game.
A break (cool-off) locks your account for a period you choose — you cannot deposit or join rounds until it ends, and it cannot be cancelled early. Your balance stays safe and you can still withdraw.

How to apply: fill in PAGCOR’s Self-Exclusion form and send it with a copy of your government-issued photo ID and two recent 2×2 photos to exclusion@pagcor.ph.
A spouse, child or parent can ask PAGCOR to exclude a family member whose gambling is harming the family. Periods:

The National Database of Restricted Persons is PAGCOR’s central list of people who may not play — including self-excluded and family-excluded persons. Every BingoPlus account is checked against it during verification.
Also restricted from play by PAGCOR: persons under 21, government officials and employees connected directly with government operations, members of the AFP and PNP, and Gaming Employment License holders.
